Dundas' Pleasant Valley encompasses some of the region's most beautiful homes, including one and two-story detached townhouses and low or high-rise condominiums. Lower Lantzville -  Located on the northern border of the city of Nanaimo, BC, the peaceful community of Lower Lantzville is broken into two neighbourhoods by the Lower and Upper. The district is almost entirely residential, with some commercial buildings on the main street.
