About Me

Freddie was born in Vancouver and has lived in Nanaimo his whole life. Prior to working in Real Estate, he spent 15 years managing and contracting in Information Technology. With a background in customer service and support focused positions he provides exceptional customer service, prompt support, and technology and tools giving clients the competitive edge in the Real Estate Market on Vancouver Island. He is passionate about the industry and looks to build strong relationships with the clients he has the opportunity to work with. His proactive approach, positive energy, and motivation help make your experience positive and stress free.

Owning and investing in real estate has been something Freddie has been passionate about for many years. He made his first investment at a young age and enjoyed renovating and purchasing a few fixer uppers! He spent several years as a landlord managing his properties buying and selling homes. Freddie has always enjoyed watching the market, and pays close attention to what is happening with home sales, developments, and how the communities on the island are evolving. The collaboration of the SIMS Real Estate Group attracted Freddie to the industry which is extremely excited to be part of.

In his downtime he enjoys spending time with his wife and family exploring the many beaches, parks, lakes, and hiking trails all over Vancouver Island. Travelling and experiencing the lifestyle and culture of new communities around the world is something he appreciates. He enjoys the many restaurants and dining experiences Vancouver Island has to offer.
