About Me 

Chase grew up on the Sunshine Coast in Powell River, BC. He moved to Nanaimo over 12 years ago and fell in love with the community and lifestyle while taking his BBA at VIU. At a young age, he began a career in home construction, working on brand new builds and renovations. Chase was able to join different investment groups on Vancouver Island and purchased his first multifamily home at a young age. He continued to add to his real estate portfolio and began to invest in Nanaimo acquiring rental properties. It was a natural fit to get his real estate license and join Sims Real Estate Group. 

Chase's favourite things to do are to spend time with his family and new puppy exploring new areas of Vancouver Island. He also loves being out in his boat on the water ocean fishing, golfing and mountain biking.
